องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลฟ้าหยาด อำเภอมหาชนะชัย จังหวัดยโสธร มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก หมู่ที่ 4 บริเวณข้างวัดหอก่อง ตั้งแต่หน้าบ้านนายเลย แจ่มศรี ถึงบ้านนายไชยวัฒน์ เจริญชัย ระยะทางประมาณ 100 เมตร โดยมีรายละเอียดผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก กว้าง 5 เมตร ความหนา 0.15 เมตร พร้อมลงลูกรังไหล่ทาง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ผ่านการปรับปรุงระบบคมนาคมขนส่งให้มีความสะดวก รวดเร็ว และปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น สนับสนุนการขนส่งผลผลิตทางการเกษตร และส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจท้องถิ่น ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ได้มาตรฐานตามที่กำหนด เช่น ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ประเภทเกิดแรงสูงเร็ว ทรายน้ำจืดหรือทรายหยาบที่สะอาด หินย้อยเบอร์ 2 ที่มีความแกร่ง และน้ำประปาหรือน้ำจืดที่ปราศจากสารอันตราย คอนกรีตที่ใช้ต้องมีกำลังอัดประลัยไม่น้อยกว่า 320 กก./ตร.ซม. ที่อายุ 28 วัน ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการทดสอบคอนกรีต และต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 30 ของปริมาณทั้งหมดตามสัญญา

The Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Fah Yad, Mahachai District, Yasothon Province, intends to construct a reinforced concrete road in Moo 4, starting from the front of Mr. Loei Jamsri’s house to Mr. Chaiwat Charoenchai’s house, approximately 100 meters long. The road will have a concrete surface width of 5 meters and a thickness of 0.15 meters, with laterite shoulders. The project aims to improve the quality of life for residents through better transportation infrastructure, facilitating agricultural product transport and promoting local economic development. Contractors must use specified standard materials, including high-early-strength Portland cement, clean freshwater or coarse sand, strong crushed stone (size 1-2 inches), and potable water or freshwater free from harmful substances. The concrete strength must be at least 320 kg/sq.cm. at 28 days. The contractor will bear the cost of concrete testing and must use at least 60% domestically produced materials and 30% domestically produced steel as per the contract.
