โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อกล้องถ่ายภาพจอประสาทตาดิจิตอล พร้อมระบบประมวลผลแบบอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งสามารถถ่ายภาพจอประสาทตาได้โดยไม่ต้องขยายม่านตา รองรับการถ่ายภาพหลายรูปแบบ (Color, Digital Red-free, Digital Cobalt) ด้วยมุมมองกว้างไม่น้อยกว่า 45 องศา และสามารถทำงานผ่านรูม่านตาขนาดเล็กได้ถึง 3.3 มิลลิเมตร (SP Mode) เครื่องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคที่ทันสมัย เช่น Diopter Compensation Range ที่หลากหลาย, แหล่งกำเนิดแสง Infrared LED สำหรับการสังเกตการณ์ และ White LED สำหรับการถ่ายภาพ พร้อมไฟล่อเป้าแบบ LED Dot Matrix มีระยะทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 35 มิลลิเมตร เซ็นเซอร์รับภาพความละเอียดไม่น้อยกว่า 20.2 Megapixels และหน้าจอ Color LCD Monitor ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 3 นิ้ว ระบบฐานและที่วางคางสามารถปรับได้ด้วยระบบไฟฟ้าเพื่อความสะดวกในการใช้งาน นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงอุปกรณ์ประกอบที่จำเป็น เช่น เครื่องวิเคราะห์โรค, โต๊ะและเก้าอี้สำหรับแพทย์และคนไข้, STABILIZER, คอมพิวเตอร์/Notebook, Reader ID Card และปลั๊กพ่วง ผู้ขายต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งโดยตรงจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย พร้อมหนังสือรับรอง และรับประกันคุณภาพไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี โดยมีเงื่อนไขการซ่อมแซมที่ชัดเจน

This project aims to procure a digital fundus camera with an automatic processing system, capable of capturing fundus images without pupil dilation. It supports various imaging modes (Color, Digital Red-free, Digital Cobalt) with a field of view of at least 45 degrees and can operate through small pupils as small as 3.3 mm (SP Mode). The device features advanced technical specifications, including a wide Diopter Compensation Range, Infrared LED for observation, White LED for photography, and an LED Dot Matrix fixation target. It has a working distance of at least 35 mm, an image sensor resolution of at least 20.2 Megapixels, and a color LCD monitor of at least 3 inches. The base and chin rest are electrically adjustable for user convenience. The package also includes essential accessories such as a fundus disease analysis system, examination table and chairs for doctors and patients, a STABILIZER, a computer/notebook, an ID card reader, and power cords. Bidders must be authorized direct distributors from the manufacturer or authorized distributors in Thailand, providing a certification letter. A warranty of at least 1 year is required, with clear repair conditions.
