โรงเรียนคลองหนองใหญ่ (ทองคำ ปานขำอนุสรณ์) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างเหมาตัดเย็บชุดพละ ชุดลูกเสือ-ยุวกาชาด และชุดเนตรนารี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 1,150 ชุด สำหรับนักเรียนโรงเรียนคลองหนองใหญ่ (ทองคำ ปานขำอนุสรณ์) เพื่อให้นักเรียนมีเครื่องแบบที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการเรียนในกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนและกิจกรรมอื่นๆ ส่งเสริมความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของนักเรียน และส่งเสริมสุขภาพอนามัยที่ดี โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 526,500 บาท โดยวงเงินค่าจ้างเหมาตัดเย็บชุดพละ ชุดลูกเสือ-ยุวกาชาด และชุดเนตรนารี จำนวน 1,150 ชุด อยู่ที่ 517,500 บาท การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจากเกณฑ์ราคารวมต่ำสุด กำหนดส่งมอบงานภายใน 45 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ณ โรงเรียนคลองหนองใหญ่ (ทองคำ ปานขำอนุสรณ์) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR และต้องปฏิบัติตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของพัสดุ รวมถึงเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ที่ระบุไว้ เช่น การทดสอบผ้า การส่งตัวอย่างผ้า การวัดตัวนักเรียน และการใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60

Khlong Nong Yai School (Thongkham Pan-kham Anusorn) intends to procure the sewing of 1,150 sets of physical education uniforms, scout uniforms, Yuwakachat uniforms, and Netnarī uniforms for its students. This procurement aims to provide students with appropriate attire for learning activities, promote orderliness, and support good health. The project budget for the fiscal year 2026 is 526,500 Baht, with 517,500 Baht allocated for the sewing of these 1,150 sets of uniforms. The procurement will be conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding), with the lowest total price being the selection criterion. The delivery deadline is within 45 days from the contract signing date at the school. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR), adhere to the detailed specifications for the items, and comply with other conditions such as fabric testing, sample submission, individual student measurements, and the use of at least 60% domestically produced materials.
