การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดจ้างให้บริการประปาภายในสถานที่ใช้น้ำและงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของสำนักงานประปาสาขากลุ่มพื้นที่ 3 เลขที่ จท.24-2570 ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนที่ประสบปัญหาระบบท่อและอุปกรณ์ประปาภายในสถานที่ใช้น้ำชำรุดหรือแตกรั่ว ซึ่งจะช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่บริการของ กปน. นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการสร้างรายได้เพิ่มเติมให้กับ กปน. อีกด้วย งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้ตั้งไว้ที่ 2,568,000 บาท (สองล้านห้าแสนหกหมื่นแปดพันบาทถ้วน) รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมการประกวดราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคา ซึ่งรวมถึงการเป็นนิติบุคคลหรือบุคคลธรรมดาที่มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานประเภทนี้ มีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 260,000 บาท และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) รวมถึงมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียนตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) intends to procure services for internal water supply systems and related works within the service area of Waterworks Branch Group 3, Reference No. JT.24-2570, through an electronic bidding (e-bidding) process. The project aims to address issues of damaged or leaking internal water pipes and equipment, thereby improving the quality of life for residents in the MWA’s service area and generating additional revenue for the MWA. The budget allocated for this project is THB 2,568,000 (inclusive of VAT). Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, including being a legal entity or individual with relevant professional experience, possessing a track record of similar work valued at no less than THB 260,000, and being registered with the Government Procurement and Supplies Management System (e-GP), along with meeting net worth or registered capital requirements. The selection of the winning bidder will be based primarily on price.
