เทศบาลเมืองสมุทรสงคราม โดยกองช่าง มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างปรับปรุงถนนทางหลวงท้องถิ่น หมายเลข สส.ถ 2-0040 (ซอยศาลากลางบ้าน) ในตำบลแม่กลอง อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสงคราม จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมในพื้นที่ โดยการปรับปรุงผิวจราจรเดิมให้ได้มาตรฐาน มีความแข็งแรงทนทาน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบระบายนํ้าเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาน้ำท่วมขัง ขอบเขตงานก่อสร้างครอบคลุมถึง การรื้อถอนผิวทางเดิม การปรับเกลี่ยและบดอัดพื้นทางเดิม การก่อสร้างบ่อพักคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กพร้อมฝาเหล็กหล่อ การเชื่อมต่อระบบระบายนํ้าเดิมเข้ากับระบบใหม่ การปรับปรุงทางเท้า การก่อสร้างผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก การทำไหล่ทาง การตีเส้นจราจร การติดตั้งป้ายสัญญาณจราจรและป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ รวมถึงงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้ควบคุมงานกำหนด เพื่อให้โครงการสำเร็จลุล่วงตามวัตถุประสงค์และสัญญา

The Samut Songkhram Municipality, through its Engineering Division, intends to construct and improve the local road, Highway No. SS.Th 2-0040 (Soi Salang Klang Ban), in Mae Klong Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Songkhram District, Samut Songkhram Province. The primary objective of this project is to enhance the quality and safety of the transportation infrastructure in the area by improving the existing road surface to meet standards, ensuring durability, and increasing the efficiency of the drainage system to prevent waterlogging. The scope of construction includes the removal of the existing road surface, grading and compaction of the original roadbed, construction of reinforced concrete manholes with cast iron covers, connection of existing and new drainage systems, sidewalk improvements, construction of reinforced concrete pavement, shoulder construction, road marking, installation of traffic signs and project information signs, and other related works as specified by the supervisor to ensure the project’s successful completion according to its objectives and contract.
