มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือมีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบริการดูแลรักษาความสะอาดและบริการทั่วไปสำหรับพื้นที่อาคารต่างๆ ได้แก่ อาคารอเนกประสงค์ (11 ชั้น รวมชั้นใต้ดิน) อาคารนวมินทรราชินี (7 ชั้น) อาคารกองอาคารสถานที่และยานพาหนะ (3 ชั้น) และศูนย์ทดสอบวัดความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษและพัฒนาสื่อดิจิทัล (5 ชั้น) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้พื้นที่ดังกล่าวสะอาด ถูกสุขอนามัย และพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการทำความสะอาดทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคาร รวมถึงลิฟต์และพื้นที่จอดรถ ระยะเวลาสัญญาจ้างคือ 12 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2570 การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้รับจ้างจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก

This project is a service contract for maintenance and cleaning of the Multipurpose Building and Nawaminthrarachini Building, including the Facilities and Transportation Building and the English Proficiency Testing and Digital Media Development Center at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok. The contract duration is 12 months, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior areas of the buildings, including parking lots and elevators, to ensure good hygiene and convenience for visitors. The selection of the contractor will be based on the price criterion.
