โครงการซ่อมแซมเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำปาย บ้านปางหมู หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลปางหมู อำเภอเมืองแม่ฮ่องสอน จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการกัดเซาะตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำปายที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อพื้นที่ชุมชน โดยการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งใหม่มีความยาว 75 เมตร การดำเนินงานตาม TOR นี้ครอบคลุมถึงการรื้อถอนโครงสร้างเดิมที่ชำรุด การก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งใหม่ตามรูปแบบและรายการประกอบแบบที่กำหนด ซึ่งใช้วัสดุมาตรฐาน เช่น กล่องลวดตาข่ายเกเบี้ยนและแมทเทรส แผ่นใยสังเคราะห์ หิน และคอนกรีต นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการปรับปรุงแผ่นทางเท้าเดิม การปักฝังวางแนวเขื่อน การจัดการระบบระบายน้ำ และการทำความสะอาดพื้นที่โครงการ ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค วัสดุ และมาตรฐานที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อให้ได้เขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งที่มีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ

This project aims to repair the riverbank protection embankment along the Pai River at Pang Mu Village, Moo 1, Pang Mu Subdistrict, Mueang Mae Hong Son District, Mae Hong Son Province, with a total length of 75 meters. The scope of work includes demolition of existing damaged structures, construction of a new embankment according to specified designs and technical details, repair of the existing footpath, and site preparation. The project emphasizes the use of standard materials such as gabion and mattress wire mesh, geotextile fabric, stones, and concrete, adhering to all technical specifications and standards to ensure a durable and effective embankment that fulfills the project’s objectives of preventing riverbank erosion and enhancing area stability.
