เทศบาลนครอุดรธานีมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการปรับปรุงห้องทำงานชั้นที่ 3 และชั้นที่ 4 ของอาคารสำนักงาน เพื่อเพิ่มพื้นที่ให้เพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ และเพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับองค์กร รวมถึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมงานรื้อถอน งานปรับปรุงผนังห้อง พื้นห้อง ฝ้าเพดาน การติดตั้งประตู และระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง โดยมีกรอบวงเงินงบประมาณ 843,122.98 บาท ระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้าง 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้รับจ้างจะได้รับการแบ่งจ่ายค่าจ้างเป็น 2 งวด โดยงวดแรก 40% เมื่อดำเนินการรื้อถอน ติดตั้งผนัง เดินระบบไฟฟ้า และติดตั้งประตูเสร็จสิ้น และงวดสุดท้าย 60% เมื่อดำเนินการติดตั้งฝ้าเพดาน ทาสี ปูพื้น ติดตั้งดวงโคม ระบบปรับอากาศ และงานอื่นๆ ตามแบบรูปและรายการให้แล้วเสร็จสมบูรณ์

Udon Thani City Municipality intends to renovate the 3rd and 4th floors of its 7-story office building to increase workspace and enhance the organization’s image and operational efficiency. The project scope includes demolition, renovation of walls, floors, ceilings, door installation, and electrical systems. The budget is 843,122.98 Baht, with a construction period of 90 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be made in two installments: 40% upon completion of demolition, wall installation, electrical system work, and door installation, and the remaining 60% upon completion of all remaining works including ceiling installation, painting, flooring, lighting, air conditioning systems, and other specified items according to the plans and specifications.
