ประกาศนี้แจ้งให้ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทราบว่า สามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของพัสดุ หรือร่างขอบเขตของงานได้ ผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนดเท่านั้น ได้แก่ เว็บไซต์ www.gprocurement.go.th และระบบ e-GP การแสดงความคิดเห็นผ่านช่องทางอื่นใด นอกเหนือจากที่ระบุ จะไม่ได้รับการพิจารณาจากหน่วยงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ผู้สนใจควรศึกษา “คู่มือการแสดงความคิดเห็นร่างเอกสารประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ออนไลน์ สำหรับผู้ประกอบการและผู้สนใจทั่วไป” ตามหนังสือของคณะกรรมการวินิจฉัยปัญหาการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ กรมบัญชีกลาง เพื่อทำความเข้าใจขั้นตอนการแสดงความคิดเห็นอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน

This announcement informs potential bidders that comments regarding the specific characteristics of the goods or draft scope of work can be submitted through designated channels only: the www.gprocurement.go.th website and the e-GP system. Comments submitted through other channels will not be considered by the procuring agency. Interested parties should study the “Online Electronic Bidding (e-bidding) Document Comment Guide for Contractors and General Interested Parties” as referenced in the letter from the Committee on Procurement Problems and Public Asset Management, Bureau of the Comptroller General to understand the comment submission process correctly.
