โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างประตูปิด-เปิดระบายน้ํา คสล. บริเวณคลองลานควาย หมู่ที่ 3 และ 7 ตําบลวังใหญ่ อําเภอศรีสําโรง จังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยมีลักษณะเป็นโครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กแบบท่อสี่เหลี่ยมจำนวน 3 ช่อง ขนาดช่องละ 2.75 x 2.50 เมตร ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การเตรียมพื้นที่ การขุดลอกหน้าดินและวัสดุที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ (Soft Material) การก่อสร้างโครงสร้างหลักที่ต้องรองรับน้ำหนักบรรทุกปลอดภัยของดินไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ตัน/ตร.ม. การติดตั้งบานระบายน้ำที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อรับแรงดันน้ำสูงไม่เกิน 3.00 เมตร พร้อมระบบเครื่องยกเกียร์มอเตอร์ขนาด 6.5 ตัน นอกจากนี้ยังมีงานติดตั้งบันไดลิง แผ่นยางกันซึม (Water Stop) และงานปรับปรุงสภาพภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบ ได้แก่ งานหินทิ้งหนา 0.30 เมตร และงานถนนหลังคันดินบดอัดแน่นตามมาตรฐาน 95% Modified Proctor Density เพื่อให้การระบายน้ำและการกักเก็บน้ำเพื่อการเกษตรในพื้นที่เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete (RC) water gate at Khlong Lan Khwai, Moo 3 and 7, Wang Yai Subdistrict, Si Samrong District, Sukhothai Province. The structure features three 2.75 x 2.50-meter channels designed for efficient water flow management and irrigation. The scope of work includes site preparation, dredging of soft materials, and structural RC construction with a minimum soil bearing capacity requirement of 10 tons/sq.m. The project also entails the installation of 6.5-ton lifting mechanisms and water gates capable of withstanding a 3.00-meter water head. Additional components include soil compaction (95% Modified Proctor Density), stone riprap (0.30m thickness), and the installation of project signage. The primary goal is to enhance water management and flood control for the local community.
