กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง มีความประสงค์จะจ้างก่อสร้างโครงการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมแม่น้ํากระบุรี พร้อมปรับภูมิทัศน์ บริเวณบ้านมะมุ ตําบลมะมุ อําเภอกระบุรี จังหวัดระนอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อลดความเสียหายและป้องกันการพังทลายของพื้นที่ตลิ่งริมแม่น้ําชายแดนระหว่างประเทศ รักษาเขตแดนทางธรรมชาติ ตลอดแนวแม่น้ําชายแดน และป้องกันการพังทลายของตลิ่งริมทะเล โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งในความยาว 635 เมตร เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการกัดเซาะตลิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องและครอบคลุมพื้นที่ตามคำร้องขอจากองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด เช่น การขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมบัญชีกลางในสาขางานก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งและชายฝั่ง ไม่ต่ำกว่าชั้น 3 และต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการปฏิบัติงานอย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงการใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศ การจัดทำแผนงานก่อสร้าง การรับผิดชอบต่ออุบัติเหตุและความเสียหายต่างๆ การก่อสร้างต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 700 วัน โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 60,000,000 บาท การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ

The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning intends to hire a contractor for the construction of the Kraburi River Embankment Protection and Landscape Improvement Project (Continuous from the existing embankment of 2009, upstream) at Ban Mamoo, Kraburi District, Ranong Province. The project aims to mitigate damage and prevent the collapse of the riverbank along the international border, preserve the natural border along the river, and protect the coastline from erosion. The construction will cover a length of 635 meters. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including registration with the Comptroller General’s Department in the embankment and coastal protection construction category, not lower than Grade 3. Strict adherence to operational conditions is required, including the use of domestically produced materials, submission of construction work plans, and responsibility for accidents and damages. The construction is to be completed within 700 days, with an estimated budget of 60,000,000 Baht. The selection of proposals will be based primarily on price.
