กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม โดยศูนย์ส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมภาคที่ ๑๐ ดำเนินโครงการฟื้นฟูธุรกิจและเสริมความแข็งแกร่ง SMEs (Rebuild SMEs) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ โดยมีกิจกรรม “การฟื้นฟูธุรกิจที่ได้ผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์ภัยพิบัติเบื้องต้น (Recover)” เพื่อช่วยเหลือ SMEs ภาคการผลิต บริการ หรือการค้า ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากอุทกภัยในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีและนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน ๑๒ กิจการ วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อให้ SMEs ทราบปัญหาธุรกิจของตนเอง และนำไปสู่การเพิ่มผลิตภาพและการบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การวางแผนและจัดตั้งทีมงาน การประชาสัมพันธ์ รับสมัคร และคัดเลือกสถานประกอบการ การวินิจฉัยสถานประกอบการเชิงลึกเพื่อจัดทำแผนพัฒนาและฟื้นฟูธุรกิจ การให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเบื้องต้นเพื่อฟื้นฟูและยกระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขัน การประเมินผลการดำเนินงานและการคัดเลือกผู้ประกอบการที่ประสบความสำเร็จ (Success Case) และการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหานักวินิจฉัยและผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีประสบการณ์ พร้อมทั้งจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และดำเนินการคัดเลือกสถานประกอบการตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ ๘๕ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ด้วยงบประมาณ ๙๒๑,๖๐๐ บาท

The Department of Industrial Promotion, through the 10th Regional Industrial Promotion Center, is implementing the “Rebuild SMEs” project for the fiscal year 2025, including the “Recover” activity for businesses affected by natural disasters. This initiative aims to assist SMEs in the manufacturing, service, or trade sectors in Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat provinces that have been impacted by floods. The project will diagnose in-depth business problems and develop recovery plans for 12 SMEs, covering areas such as product development, production processes, financial management, supply chain management, competitiveness enhancement, and disaster preparedness. The ultimate goal is to enable SMEs to operate stably and sustainably.

The scope of work includes operational planning and team setup, public relations, recruitment, and selection of businesses, in-depth business diagnostics and development of recovery plans, initial consultation for recovery and competitiveness enhancement, performance evaluation and selection of success cases, and final report compilation. The contractor must provide experienced diagnosticians and experts, develop promotional materials, and manage the selection process according to specified criteria. The project duration is 85 days from the contract signing date, with a budget of 921,600 Baht.
