โรงพยาบาล ๕๐ พรรษา มหาวชิราลงกรณ มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อแผ่นทดสอบสำเร็จรูปเพื่อใช้ในการตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางธนาคารเลือด โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริการทางการแพทย์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและแม่นยำยิ่งขึ้น การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้ครอบคลุมแผ่นทดสอบ 2 ประเภทหลัก ได้แก่ 1) แผ่นทดสอบสำเร็จรูปสำหรับการทดสอบความเข้ากันได้ของเลือด (Cross Matching) และการตรวจคัดกรองแอนติบอดี (Antibody Screening) เพื่อทดสอบความเข้ากันได้ของเลือดผู้ป่วยก่อนการให้เลือด และตรวจหาแอนติบอดีที่มีความสำคัญทางคลินิก 2) แผ่นทดสอบสำเร็จรูปสำหรับการตรวจหมู่เลือดระบบ ABO และ Rh(D) typing เพื่อตรวจหมู่เลือดผู้ป่วย ตั้งครรภ์ และตรวจหมู่เลือดจากถุงเลือดก่อนนำเข้า Stock เทคนิคที่ใช้คือ Column Agglutination Technology (CAT) ผ่านตัวกรองที่เป็น Gel บรรจุใน Column ผู้จำหน่ายต้องจัดหาเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์อัตโนมัติที่ทันสมัย พร้อมระบบการทำงานต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Loading) ความเร็วสูง มีระบบอ่าน Barcode เพื่อป้องกันการตรวจซ้ำ ตรวจสอบปริมาณและชนิดของน้ำยาได้ มีระบบเก็บรักษาข้อมูลและป้องกันการเข้าถึงด้วย Password นอกจากนี้ ผู้จำหน่ายต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษาเครื่อง การแก้ไขซ่อมแซม และสนับสนุนโปรแกรมบริหารคลังโลหิตที่เชื่อมต่อกับ HIS ได้

The 50th Anniversary Maha Vajiralongkorn Hospital intends to procure ready-to-use test kits for blood bank analysis. The primary objective is to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of medical services. The procurement includes two main types of test kits: 1) Ready-to-use test kits for blood compatibility testing (Cross Matching) and antibody screening, used to ensure blood compatibility before transfusion and to detect clinically significant antibodies. 2) Ready-to-use test kits for ABO and Rh(D) typing, used to determine blood groups of patients, pregnant women, and blood bags before stocking. The technology employed is Column Agglutination Technology (CAT) using gel-filled microcolumns. Suppliers must provide a modern automated analyzer with continuous loading, high throughput, barcode reading for error prevention, reagent level detection, and password-protected data security. Furthermore, suppliers are responsible for maintenance, repair costs, and supporting a blood bank management program integrated with the HIS.
