โครงการจัดซื้อชุดน้ำยาสําหรับตรวจวิเคราะห์ Cardiac Troponin T (High sensitive) พร้อมติดตั้งเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์อัตโนมัติ ณ โรงพยาบาล ๕๐ พรรษา มหาวชิราลงกรณ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการตรวจวิเคราะห์หาระดับสารบ่งชี้โรคหัวใจชนิด Cardiac Troponin T แบบ High sensitive ในเลือดผู้ป่วย เพื่อใช้ในการวินิจฉัย Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) ตามแนวทางเวชปฏิบัติของ European Society of Cardiology (ESC) โดยเน้นผลการตรวจที่ถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และแม่นยำ เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับการรักษาอย่างทันท่วงที ข้อกําหนดสําคัญคือ ผู้ขายต้องจัดหาน้ำยา Original ที่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เดียวกับเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ที่ติดตั้ง และต้องผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน US-FDA หรือ CE-Mark นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายยังมีหน้าที่ติดตั้งเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์อัตโนมัติทางภูมิคุ้มกันวิทยา ๑ เครื่อง ซึ่งต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กําหนด เช่น หลักการ ECLIA, ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่างหลากหลาย, ระบบ Stat mode, ระบบ Barcode Reader, ความเร็วในการตรวจวิเคราะห์ไม่น้อยกว่า ๑๒๐ การทดสอบต่อชั่วโมง และความสามารถในการบรรจุตัวอย่างได้ไม่น้อยกว่า ๕๐ ตัวอย่าง ผู้ขายต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดหา Calibrator, Control, สนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าร่วมโครงการประเมินคุณภาพ (EQAS/PT), ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเชื่อมต่อเครื่องกับระบบ LIS, การ Validation วิธีวิเคราะห์, การฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน, การบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันทุก ๓ เดือน และการซ่อมแซมเครื่องภายใน ๒๔ ชั่วโมง กรณีเครื่องเสีย โดยมีระยะเวลาสัญญาที่ระบุ

This project aims to procure a set of reagents for analyzing Cardiac Troponin T (High sensitive) levels in patient blood, along with the installation of an automated immunoassay analyzer. The primary objective is to support the diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) in accordance with the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) guidelines, ensuring accurate, rapid, and precise results for timely patient treatment. Key requirements include the supplier providing Original reagents compatible with the installed analyzer, which must meet US-FDA or CE-Mark standards. The supplier is also responsible for installing an automated immunoassay analyzer with specific capabilities, such as ECLIA principle, continuous loading, Stat mode, barcode reader, a throughput of at least 120 tests per hour, and a sample capacity of at least 50 samples. The supplier must also provide Calibrators, Controls, cover costs for External Quality Assessment Schemes (EQAS/PT), LIS connectivity, method validation, user training, preventive maintenance every 3 months, and repair services within 24 hours in case of equipment malfunction. The contract duration is specified.
