โรงพยาบาลราชวิถี กรมการแพทย์ มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย จำนวน ๑๔๓ คน เป็นระยะเวลา ๑๒ เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๙ ถึงวันที่ ๓๐ กันยายน ๒๕๗๐ เพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ณ โรงพยาบาลราชวิถี กรุงเทพมหานคร วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยของทรัพย์สิน บุคลากร และผู้รับบริการ ป้องกันการโจรกรรมและเหตุไม่พึงประสงค์ รวมถึงเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นด้านความปลอดภัยแก่ประชาชน ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหาเจ้าหน้าที่ตามจำนวนที่กำหนด การปฏิบัติงานตามจุดเสี่ยง การอำนวยความสะดวกและช่วยเหลือผู้รับบริการ การตรวจสอบพื้นที่และทรัพย์สิน การควบคุมยานพาหนะ การควบคุมการเข้า-ออก และการระงับเหตุไม่พึงประสงค์ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมาย มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานสากล เช่น ISO 45001 และมาตรฐานแรงงานไทย รวมถึงมีใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจรักษาความปลอดภัย การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ ๔๒,๒๑๓,๖๐๐ บาท

Rajavithi Hospital, Department of Medical Services, intends to procure security guard services for 143 personnel for a period of 12 months, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The objective is to ensure the safety and security of the hospital’s assets, personnel, and patients, prevent theft and undesirable incidents, and enhance public confidence in safety. The scope of work includes providing qualified security guards, patrolling high-risk areas, assisting visitors, managing traffic, controlling access, and responding to emergencies. Bidders must meet legal and specified qualifications, possess relevant experience, hold certifications such as ISO 45001 and Thai Labour Standard (TLS 8003-2020), and possess a valid security business license. The selection will be based on price, with an estimated budget of 42,213,600 Baht.
