โครงการจัดซื้อยูนิตทำฟันนี้มุ่งเน้นการจัดหาอุปกรณ์ทันตกรรมที่มีคุณภาพสูง ประสิทธิภาพดี และปลอดภัยสำหรับผู้ใช้งานและคนไข้ โดยมีข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่ละเอียดครอบคลุมทุกส่วนประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ ภาชนะเก็บน้ำที่ทนแรงดันและมองเห็นระดับน้ำได้ พร้อมระบบระบายลมและภาชนะสำรอง 5 ใบ ระบบควบคุมการทำงานของด้ามกรอเป็นแบบไฟฟ้า (Electric Solenoid Valve) แยกการควบคุมแต่ละด้ามกรออย่างอิสระ พร้อมระบบป้องกันน้ำย้อนกลับและสายน้ำ/ลมที่ทำจาก Polyurethane (PU) ที่ระบุข้อมูลผู้ผลิตชัดเจน ที่วางด้ามกรอและถาดเครื่องมือใช้ Flexible Arm และสามารถเคลื่อนที่ได้หลากหลายทิศทาง

เก้าอี้คนไข้ต้องเป็นระบบไฮโดรลิคแบบ Z-type ปรับเอน นั่ง นอน และสูง-ต่ำได้ มี Head Rest ที่รองรับ Occipital Prominance และปรับใช้กับเด็กได้ พร้อมระบบ Preset และ Autoreturn (Zero Position) ที่คงที่แม้กับคนไข้น้ำหนักมาก ปุ่มควบคุมเก้าอี้มีให้เลือก 3 จุด (ถาดเครื่องมือ, สวิตช์เท้า, อ่างบ้วนปาก) และมีระบบ Emergency Stop เพื่อความปลอดภัย

อุปกรณ์ประกอบที่สำคัญได้แก่ เก้าอี้ทันตแพทย์และเก้าอี้ผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์อย่างละ 1 ตัว ซึ่งต้องมีล้อเลื่อน ปรับสูง-ต่ำด้วยระบบ Pneumatic มี Lumbar Support และได้รับรองมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม (มอก.) เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เดียวกันกับยูนิตทำฟัน นอกจากนี้ยังมี Automatic Voltage Stabilizer ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 5 KVA เพื่อควบคุมระบบไฟฟ้าทั้งหมด และเครื่องขูดหินปูนแบบ Ultra Sonic Generator ชนิด Piezo Electric พร้อมหัวขูด 3 หัว ที่ติดตั้งมากับเก้าอี้ทำฟัน

This project aims to procure a dental unit with comprehensive and modern technical specifications, emphasizing safety for both users and patients. Key components include a water container with pressure resistance and visible water level, an independent electric solenoid valve control system for handpieces with anti-backflow features, and polyurethane (PU) water/air lines. The handpiece holders and instrument tray utilize a flexible arm, offering multi-directional movement.

The patient chair must be a Z-type hydraulic system, adjustable for recline, sit, lie, and height, featuring a headrest with occipital prominence support suitable for children. It includes preset and autoreturn (zero position) functions that remain stable for heavy patients, with control buttons at three locations and an emergency stop system.

Essential accessories include one dentist’s chair and one dental assistant’s chair, both with wheels, pneumatic height adjustment, lumbar support, and TIS (Thai Industrial Standard) certification, matching the main dental unit. The package also requires an Automatic Voltage Stabilizer of at least 5 KVA for all electrical systems and a built-in piezo electric ultrasonic scaler with three tips.
