เทศบาลตําบลแม่กรณ์ อําเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กในซอย ๒ บ้านแม่สาด หมู่ที่ ๔ ตําบลแม่กรณ์ เพื่อยกระดับการให้บริการสาธารณะแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้มีขอบเขตงานเป็นการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ขนาดกว้าง ๔.๐๐ เมตร ยาว ๑๓๙.๐๐ เมตร หนา ๐.๑๕ เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กไม่น้อยกว่า ๕๕๖ ตารางเมตร โดยมีงบประมาณในการดำเนินงานทั้งสิ้น ๓๔๙,๐๐๐ บาท ระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จภายใน ๖๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การจัดหาผู้รับจ้าง การจัดทำสัญญา และการเริ่มดำเนินการก่อสร้าง คาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จภายในเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ การชำระเงินจะดำเนินการเป็นงวดเดียวเมื่อผู้รับจ้างได้ปฏิบัติงานแล้วเสร็จตามแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้างทั้งหมด นอกจากนี้ สัญญามีเงื่อนไขการปรับราคาค่างานก่อสร้างตามมติคณะรัฐมนตรี

Mae Korn Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province, intends to construct a reinforced concrete road in Soi 2, Ban Mae Sad, Moo 4, Mae Korn Subdistrict. The project aims to improve public services by constructing a reinforced concrete road with a width of 4.00 meters, a length of 139.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, or a reinforced concrete traffic surface area of not less than 556 square meters. The budget for this project is 349,000 Baht, with a construction period of 60 days from the date of contract signing. Contractor procurement, contract preparation, and commencement of construction are expected to be completed within June 2026. Payment will be made in a single installment upon completion of all work according to the construction drawings and specifications. The contract also includes provisions for price adjustment of construction work in accordance with the Cabinet resolution.
