โรงพยาบาลเลิดสินมีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบริการตรวจพยาธิวิทยาสำหรับเนื้องอกกระดูกและเนื้อเยื่ออ่อน จำนวน ๑๓ รายการ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการและพัฒนาศักยภาพการรักษาพยาบาลแก่ผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัด โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อใช้ในการตรวจวินิจฉัยชิ้นเนื้อและเซลล์วิทยา การย้อมพิเศษ อิมมูโนพยาธิวิทยา และการตรวจอณูพยาธิวิทยา บริการที่ครอบคลุมได้แก่ การตรวจ Biopsy, Bone marrow biopsy, Large size/wide excision/Resection, Amputation (Below knee, Below elbow, Above knee, Above elbow, Entire extremities), IHC (๑-๑๒ Antibody), Consultation, Special stain และ PCR for TB โดยเป็นการจัดซื้อทั้งปีตามประมาณการในงบประมาณปี ๒๕๖๙ ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีห้องปฏิบัติการที่ดำเนินการโดยพยาธิแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มีระบบรับประกันความปลอดภัยของสิ่งส่งตรวจ และสามารถตรวจสอบสถานภาพการตรวจได้ นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องมีบริการรวบรวมข้อมูลการตรวจย้อนหลัง และสามารถเข้าร่วมประชุม multidisciplinary tumor board conference ได้ กำหนดเวลาส่งมอบงานภายใน ๑๒๑ วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอด้วยเกณฑ์ราคา วงเงินงบประมาณ ๑,๒๑๕,๕๐๐ บาท

This project aims to procure pathology diagnostic services for bone and soft tissue tumors, comprising 13 service items. The objective is to enhance diagnostic capabilities and treatment planning for surgical patients at Lerdsin Hospital. Services include tissue and cytology examination, special staining, immunohistochemistry, and molecular pathology, as well as participation in multidisciplinary tumor board conferences. The contractor must possess a certified laboratory operated by specialist pathologists, a robust sample safety system, and the ability to track examination status. Additionally, they are required to provide annual retrospective data collection and attend multidisciplinary tumor board conferences. The project duration is 121 days from the contract signing date, with selection based on price. The budget is THB 1,215,500.
