โครงการ “งานจ้างซ่อมแซมห้องปิ่นเพชร สโมสรกรมแพทย์” มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซมพื้นที่ภายในสโมสรกรมแพทย์ให้มีความทันสมัยและใช้งานได้ดีขึ้น ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การรื้อถอนวัสดุเดิม เช่น ฝ้าเพดาน โครงคร่าว เคาน์เตอร์บาร์ ประตูอลูมิเนียม ระบบไฟฟ้า และเครื่องปรับอากาศ ไปจนถึงงานก่อสร้างโครงสร้างสถาปัตยกรรมและตกแต่งภายใน รวมถึงการก่อผนังคอนกรีตมวลเบา ติดตั้งฝ้าเพดานยิปซัมบอร์ด ปูพื้นกระเบื้อง Porcelain ติดตั้งประตู-หน้าต่างอลูมิเนียม และงาน Built-in เช่น เคาน์เตอร์บาร์ ตู้ลอย ฉากห้องเพชร นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงงานระบบไฟฟ้าและแสงสว่าง เช่น การติดตั้งตู้โหลดเซ็นเตอร์ เดินสายไฟ ติดตั้งโคมไฟ และงานระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ เช่น การติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศแบบฝังฝ้า แขวน และติดผนัง รวมถึงพัดลมดูดอากาศ สุดท้ายคือการติดตั้งครุภัณฑ์และเฟอร์นิเจอร์ลอยตัว เช่น โต๊ะทำงาน เก้าอี้สำนักงาน และตู้เอกสาร ระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด และจะพิจารณาตัดสินจากความเหมาะสมด้านคุณสมบัติ ราคา และข้อเสนอทางเทคนิค

The project “Repair of Pin Phet Room, Medical Department Club” aims to renovate and repair the interior space of the Medical Department Club to be modern and functional. The scope of work includes demolition of existing materials such as false ceilings, frameworks, bar counters, aluminum doors, electrical systems, and air conditioners, as well as structural, architectural, and interior decoration works. This includes constructing lightweight concrete walls, installing gypsum board ceilings, laying Porcelain tiles, installing aluminum doors and windows, and built-in furniture such as bar counters, wall cabinets, and room dividers. Additionally, it covers electrical and lighting systems, including the installation of load centers, wiring, and downlight fixtures, as well as HVAC systems, such as the installation of 4-way cassette, ceiling-hung, and wall-mounted air conditioners, and exhaust fans. Finally, loose furniture such as work desks, office chairs, and filing cabinets will be installed. The construction is to be completed within 60 days from the contract signing date. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, and evaluation will be based on qualifications, price, and technical proposals.
