โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อเวชภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ ประเภทเลนส์แก้วตาเทียมแบบนิ่มพับได้ โฟกัสหลายระยะ แบบ Diffractive 1-Piece จำนวน 100 EA ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการรักษาผู้ป่วยของโรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาและส่งมอบเลนส์ที่มีคุณภาพสูง เป็นของใหม่ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และไม่อยู่ในสภาพเก่าเก็บ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย มีสถานะทางการเงินที่มั่นคง และต้องมีเอกสารสำคัญประกอบการพิจารณา เช่น แคตตาล็อกสินค้า ใบรับรองจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) และหนังสือแต่งตั้งตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิต การพิจารณาผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา (Price Criteria) โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวมที่ต่ำที่สุด ทั้งนี้มีการให้แต้มต่อสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และสินค้าที่ได้รับรอง Made in Thailand (MiT) ตามระเบียบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ

This medical supply project aims to provide high-quality intraocular lenses for patient treatment at Srinagarind Hospital. The scope includes the supply and delivery of genuine, brand-new products that meet all specified technical requirements. Bidders must be legally registered entities with stable financial status and must provide essential documentation, including product catalogs, Thai FDA certification, and official appointment letters from the manufacturer. The evaluation will be based on the Price Criteria, selecting the lowest total bid. Preferences and price advantages will be applied for registered SMEs and products certified with the “Made in Thailand” (MiT) mark in accordance with government procurement regulations.
