โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชกุฉินารายณ์มีความประสงค์จะเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์อัตโนมัติสำหรับจำแนกชนิดและทดสอบความไวของเชื้อต่อยาต้านจุลชีพ จำนวน 1 ชุด พร้อมน้ำยา เพื่อใช้ในงานห้องปฏิบัติการจุลชีววิทยา โดยผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องจัดหาเครื่องและน้ำยาที่มีคุณภาพ ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานสากล (CE MARK, US-FDA) และขึ้นทะเบียนกับ อย. ประเทศไทย มีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคที่หลากหลาย เช่น รองรับชุดทดสอบได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 30 ชุด, ใช้ระบบไฟฟ้า 220 โวลท์, ชุดทดสอบเป็นแบบสำเร็จรูปพร้อมใช้ มีบาร์โค้ด, เครื่องมีระบบซีลป้องกันการปนเปื้อน, สามารถวิเคราะห์เชื้อได้หลากหลายกลุ่ม (Gram Positive Cocci, Gram Negative Bacilli, Fastidious organism), ตรวจสอบความไวต่อยาต้านจุลชีพได้ทั้ง Gram Positive และ Gram Negative, รายงานผลภายใน 5-6 ชั่วโมง, รายงานผล MIC ตามมาตรฐาน CLSI และ EUCAST, ตรวจจับสายพันธุ์ดื้อยาได้, มีซอฟต์แวร์ช่วยแปลผลและตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง นอกจากนี้ ผู้ให้เช่ายังต้องรับผิดชอบในการติดตั้งเครื่องภายใน 90 วัน, ติดตั้ง UPS, บำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมตลอดอายุสัญญา, จัดหาเครื่องสำรองหากเครื่องเสีย, เปลี่ยนเครื่องใหม่หากซ่อมไม่ได้ภายใน 7 วัน, อบรมเจ้าหน้าที่, จัดหาน้ำยาที่มีอายุการใช้งานเพียงพอ, สำรองน้ำยาอย่างน้อย 1.5 เดือน, เชื่อมต่อระบบ LIS, จัดหาคู่มือ และรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนย้ายและปรับปรุงสถานที่เมื่อสิ้นสุดสัญญา ระยะเวลาการเช่า 3 ปี โดยชำระค่าเช่าเป็นรายเดือนตามปริมาณรายงานผลการทดสอบ

Somdej Phra Yuparat Kuchinarai Hospital intends to lease one automated analyzer for microbial identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing, along with reagents, for use in the microbiology laboratory. The lessor must provide a machine and reagents of high quality, certified with international standards (CE MARK, US-FDA), and registered with the Thai FDA. The analyzer must meet specific technical requirements, including capacity for at least 30 test kits, operation on 220V, use of ready-to-use barcoded test kits, a closed-system for contamination prevention, ability to analyze various microbial groups (Gram Positive Cocci, Gram Negative Bacilli, Fastidious organisms), antimicrobial susceptibility testing for both Gram Positive and Gram Negative bacteria, results within 5-6 hours, MIC reporting according to CLSI and EUCAST standards, detection of resistant strains, and software for interpretation and validation. Furthermore, the lessor is responsible for installation within 90 days, UPS installation, maintenance and repair throughout the lease period, providing a backup machine if the primary unit is down, replacing the machine if repair takes over 7 days, staff training, supplying reagents with sufficient shelf life, maintaining a 1.5-month reagent stock, LIS integration, providing manuals, and covering costs for equipment removal and site restoration upon contract termination. The lease period is 3 years, with monthly payments based on the number of completed test reports.
