สถาบันส่งเสริมการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี (สสวท.) โดยฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาระบบบริหารจัดการบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (ITSM) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัลของสถาบันฯ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ปลอดภัย และต่อเนื่อง การดำเนินงานครอบคลุมระบบสารสนเทศ, ระบบเครือข่าย, เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายทั้งแบบ On-premise และบนคลาวด์กลางภาครัฐ (GDCC), ระบบฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server และระบบสนับสนุนการทำงานร่วมกัน Microsoft 365 ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล เช่น ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 พร้อมทั้งยกระดับความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของสถาบันฯ และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA), พ.ร.บ. ว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ และ พ.ร.บ. การรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงจากการหยุดชะงักของระบบงาน (Business Interruption) และเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการป้องกัน ตรวจสอบ และรับมือกับภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST) is conducting an electronic bidding process (e-bidding) to procure maintenance services for its Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system. The scope of work covers the management of the institute’s digital infrastructure, including on-premise systems, the Government Data Center and Cloud Service (GDCC), Microsoft SQL Server databases, and Microsoft 365 collaboration systems. The objectives are to ensure efficient, secure, and continuous operation of these systems in accordance with international standards such as ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, and ISO/IEC 27001, while enhancing cybersecurity resilience. The service provider must also comply with relevant laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the Computer Crime Act, and the Cybersecurity Act, to mitigate risks of business interruption and effectively defend against cyber threats.
