องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลกฤษณา อำเภอขุขันธ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด (CCTV System) จำนวน 32 ตัว ในพื้นที่ 13 หมู่บ้านของตำบลกฤษณา เพื่อยกระดับการรักษาความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน ลดปัญหาอาชญากรรมและยาเสพติด รวมถึงใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และเก็บรวบรวมหลักฐานเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย ส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านความสงบเรียบร้อย และสนับสนุนการใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อประโยชน์ในการพิจารณาคดี ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคา และต้องได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย โดยจะต้องจัดหาและติดตั้งกล้อง CCTV พร้อมอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนด รวมถึงการทดสอบระบบและการบำรุงรักษาเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี

The Kritsana Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Khukhan District, Sisaket Province, is conducting an electronic bidding process (e-bidding) to procure and install 32 Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras across 13 villages within the Kritsana subdistrict. This project aims to enhance the security of life and property for residents, mitigate crime and drug-related issues, and serve as a tool for monitoring, investigation, and evidence collection. The project’s objectives include developing a robust security system, fostering community cooperation in maintaining order, and utilizing collected data for legal proceedings. Bidders must meet all legal eligibility requirements, be legal entities engaged in the sale of the specified goods, and possess an authorized distributor status from the manufacturer or a domestic distributor. The scope of work involves supplying and installing all CCTV cameras and associated equipment as per the technical specifications, conducting system testing, and providing a two-year maintenance service.
