เทศบาลตำบลเมืองเก่า อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อรถฟาร์มแทรกเตอร์ พร้อมติดตั้งเครื่องตัดหญ้า จำนวน ๑ คัน เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านการบำรุงรักษาและจัดการพื้นที่สาธารณะให้สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย อันจะนำไปสู่การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของหน่วยงาน โครงการนี้สอดคล้องกับแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น (พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ - ๒๕๗๐) โดยรถฟาร์มแทรกเตอร์ที่จัดซื้อต้องเป็นเครื่องยนต์ดีเซล ๔ จังหวะ มีกำลังไม่น้อยกว่า 48 แรงม้า พร้อมใบมีดหน้าดันดิน และห้องโดยสารติดเครื่องปรับอากาศ รวมถึงติดตั้งเครื่องตัดหญ้ากับระบบ PTO ของตัวรถ งบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้สำหรับการจัดซื้อครั้งนี้คือ ๓,๒๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (สามล้านสองแสนบาทถ้วน) กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญาซื้อขาย การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยผู้เสนอราคาที่เสนอราคาต่ำสุดจะเป็นผู้ชนะ

The Mueang Kao Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province, intends to procure one (1) farm tractor with an attached grass cutter to support maintenance and management of public areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the municipality’s operations. This project aligns with the Local Development Plan (B.E. 2566-2570). The farm tractor must be a 4-stroke diesel engine with a minimum of 48 horsepower, equipped with a front dozer blade, an air-conditioned cabin, and a grass cutter attached to the tractor’s PTO system. The allocated budget for this procurement is 3,200,000 Baht. The delivery deadline is within 90 days from the contract signing date. The selection criterion will be based on the lowest price, with the lowest bidder being the winner.
