โครงการ “ไทยช่วยไทย ลดภาระปัจจัยการผลิต : ธงเขียวราคาประหยัดพลัส” (ส่วนภูมิภาค) จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากราคาปุ๋ยเคมีที่สูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยจะจัดกิจกรรมจำหน่ายปุ๋ยเคมี ยาฆ่าแมลง เคมีเกษตร และอุปกรณ์ทางการเกษตรในราคาประหยัดกว่าท้องตลาด เพื่อลดภาระต้นทุนการผลิตและรักษาเสถียรภาพของผลผลิตทางการเกษตร นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังมุ่งส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และสถาบันเกษตรกร เพื่อให้การจัดจำหน่ายปัจจัยการผลิตเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและทั่วถึง โดยเน้นกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่ผลิตสินค้าคุณภาพมาตรฐานภายใต้แนวคิด “มีมาตรฐาน มีราคา มีอนาคต” กิจกรรมจะครอบคลุมการจัดงานจำหน่ายสินค้า การติดตั้งจุดจำหน่าย การออกแบบผังงาน การติดตั้งโครงสร้างเต็นท์ ระบบแสงสว่าง อินเทอร์เน็ต รวมถึงการจัดหาอาหารว่างและเครื่องดื่มสำหรับพิธีเปิดงาน นอกจากนี้ยังมีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เช่น คูปองเงินสด การลดแลกแจกแถม และการจัดหาอุปกรณ์สำนักงานสำหรับลงทะเบียน การจัดหาสาธารณูปโภคและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เช่น พัดลม ห้องน้ำ ที่ทิ้งขยะ เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยและจราจร รวมถึงการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านป้าย สปอตวิทยุ และพิธีกรภาคสนาม โครงการนี้ยังรวมถึงการจัดบรรยายให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกร และการประเมินผลการจัดงาน โดยมีงบประมาณรวม 3,279,000 บาท

The project “Thai Help Thai: Reducing Production Input Burden: Green Flag Affordable Plus” (Regional) Buriram Province aims to alleviate the production cost burden for farmers in Buriram Province affected by rising chemical fertilizer prices. It will organize an event to sell fertilizers and agricultural inputs at prices lower than the market rate, along with sales promotion activities and knowledge sharing for farmers. The goal is to stimulate the grassroots economy and strengthen communities. The project includes setting up sales booths, event layout design, installation of tents, lighting, and internet systems, as well as providing refreshments for the opening ceremony. Sales promotion activities such as cash coupons, discounts, and provision of office equipment for registration are also included. Utilities and facilities like fans, restrooms, waste disposal, security, and traffic control personnel will be provided, along with public relations through banners, radio spots, and MCs. The project also features educational lectures for farmers and event evaluation, with a total budget of 3,279,000 Baht.
