การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาอำเภอบ้านนา มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดหาและติดตั้งคอนสื่อสารและอุปกรณ์ประกอบคอนสื่อสาร จำนวน 30 ชุด เพื่อตอบสนองความจำเป็นเร่งด่วนในพื้นที่ กฟก.1 เส้นทาง ไลน์หนองรี - โรงเรียนเตรียมทหาร - วัดเขาคอก ในรูปแบบ Turn key โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงของระบบสื่อสารและโครงข่ายไฟฟ้าในพื้นที่ที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการติดตั้งคอนเหล็กเคลือบฉนวนที่มีความยาว 1,700 มิลลิเมตร ยึดติดกับเสาในระดับเดียวกับสายสื่อสารหรือระดับคอนเดิม รวมถึงตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของการติดตั้งทั้งหมด การส่งมอบงานจะต้องเสร็จสิ้นภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญาหรือวันที่ได้รับแจ้งให้เริ่มปฏิบัติงาน โดยจะมีการชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน 100% หลังจากการส่งมอบงานครบถ้วนตามสัญญา นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการรับประกันคุณภาพงานเป็นระยะเวลา 3 ปี และจะต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการเสนอราคาและเงื่อนไขการส่งมอบพัสดุ/งานจ้างอย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงการรับผิดชอบค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบงานล่าช้า หรือการจ้างช่วงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

The Provincial Electricity Authority, Ban Na Branch, intends to procure and install 30 sets of communication poles and accessories to address urgent needs in the PEA Area 1, specifically along the Nong Ri - Triam Udom Suksa School - Wat Khao Khok route, on a Turnkey basis. The primary objective of this project is to enhance the reliability of communication systems and the electricity network in the designated area. The contractor will be responsible for installing insulated steel poles, 1,700 mm in length, fixed to the pole at the same level as the communication lines or the original pole level, and for inspecting the overall installation. The delivery of the work must be completed within 30 days from the date of contract signing or the date of commencement notification. Full payment of 100% will be made after the complete delivery of the work according to the contract. Furthermore, the contractor must provide a 3-year quality warranty and strictly adhere to the bidding conditions and the terms of delivery for the goods/work, including liability for penalties in case of delayed delivery or unauthorized subcontracting.
