โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชกุฉินารายณ์มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์อัตโนมัติทางธนาคารเลือด จำนวน 1 ชุด พร้อมน้ำยา เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจวินิจฉัยทางห้องปฏิบัติการ โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการจัดหาเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ที่มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ เช่น การโหลดตัวอย่างแบบต่อเนื่อง ความเร็วในการทดสอบไม่ต่ำกว่า 40 เทสต์ต่อชั่วโมง ระบบอ่าน Barcode และการรองรับตัวอย่าง Plasma และ Serum รวมถึงการสนับสนุนเครื่องมือสำรอง เช่น เครื่องปั่นเหวี่ยงเจลการ์ด เครื่องอุ่นเจลการ์ด และ Autopipette นอกจากนี้ ผู้ให้เช่ายังต้องสนับสนุนโปรแกรมบริหารคลังโลหิตที่เชื่อมต่อกับ HIS และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด ระยะเวลาการเช่าคือ 3 ปี โดยการชำระค่าเช่าเป็นรายเดือนตามปริมาณรายงานการทดสอบที่สมบูรณ์ ผู้ให้เช่ามีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซม และจัดหาวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง รวมถึงการอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ และการสนับสนุนการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือตามมาตรฐานสากล

This project aims to lease one automated blood bank analyzer, along with necessary reagents, to support the laboratory diagnostic services of Somdej Phra Yuparaj Kunchinarai Hospital. The lease includes the provision of an analyzer meeting specific technical requirements, such as continuous loading, a minimum throughput of 40 tests per hour, barcode reading capabilities, and compatibility with both plasma and serum samples. The scope also covers the supply of reagents for blood compatibility and grouping tests, as well as backup equipment like a gel card centrifuge, incubator, and autopipette. Furthermore, the lessor must provide a blood bank management software integrated with HIS, adhering to specified functionalities. The lease term is for 3 years, with monthly payments based on completed test reports. The lessor is responsible for installation, maintenance, repairs, consumables, staff training, and instrument calibration according to international standards.
