เทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ได้ริเริ่มโครงการติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าพร้อมโคมไฟส่องสว่าง เพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยและทัศนวิสัยในการสัญจรบนถนน โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักในการติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าสูง 7 เมตร จํานวน 110 ต้น พร้อมโคมไฟ LED นวัตกรรม ขนาด 120 วัตต์ บริเวณสองข้างทาง ตั้งแต่แยกสะพานสัจจกุลไปจนถึงโรงเรียนนานาชาติ

ขอบเขตงานของโครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการจัดหาและติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าเหล็กชุบสังกะสีแบบจุ่มร้อน โคมไฟ LED ที่ได้รับการรับรองจากบัญชีนวัตกรรมไทย ตู้ควบคุมระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างแบบ 1 เฟส จํานวน 4 ตู้ พร้อมอุปกรณ์ภายในครบชุด รวมถึงการวางระบบสายไฟฟ้าทั้งแบบเดินบนดิน ใต้ดิน และลอดใต้ถนน โดยใช้สายไฟฟ้าชนิด CV และ NYY พร้อมท่อร้อยสาย HDPE และ RSC นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งระบบสายดินที่ได้มาตรฐาน และการจัดทําแบบรายละเอียด (Shop Drawing) เพื่อขออนุมัติก่อนการดําเนินการติดตั้ง

โครงการนี้เน้นการใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณภาพสูง ทนทานต่อสภาพแวดล้อม และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการติดตั้งทางไฟฟ้าสําหรับประเทศไทย โดยวิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย รวมถึงมาตรฐาน มอก. สําหรับโคมไฟ LED เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบแสงสว่างที่ติดตั้งจะมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ประหยัดพลังงาน และมีความคงทนถาวร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องและค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อให้โครงการสําเร็จลุล่วงตามวัตถุประสงค์

Hat Yai City Municipality, Songkhla Province, has initiated a street lighting project to enhance safety and visibility for road users. The primary objective is to install 110 street light poles, each 7 meters high, equipped with innovative 120W LED luminaires along both sides of the road, from Satchakul Bridge Intersection to the International School.

The scope of work for this project includes the supply and installation of hot-dip galvanized steel poles, LED luminaires certified by the Thai Innovation List, four single-phase lighting control cabinets with complete internal components, and the entire electrical wiring system. This involves installing CV and NYY cables both overhead, underground, and beneath roads, utilizing HDPE and RSC conduits. Additionally, a standard grounding system must be installed, and detailed shop drawings must be submitted for approval before commencing installation.

The project emphasizes the use of high-quality, durable, and environmentally resistant materials that comply with the Electrical Installation Standard for Thailand by the Engineering Institute of Thailand, as well as TIS standards for LED luminaires. This ensures the installed lighting system will be highly efficient, energy-saving, and long-lasting. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with relevant government agencies and covering associated costs to ensure the project’s successful completion according to its objectives.
