ตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดระนองมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างเหมาก่อสร้างรั้วและทางเข้า-ออก ที่ทำการสถานีตำรวจภูธรราชกรูด จังหวัดระนอง เพื่อทดแทนของเดิมที่มีสภาพชำรุดทรุดโทรม โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างรั้วและทางเข้า-ออกใหม่ให้มีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และถูกต้องตามแบบรูปรายการที่คณะกรรมการจัดทำแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้างกำหนดไว้ การดำเนินงานจะใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 2,038,274.93 บาท ระยะเวลาก่อสร้างที่กำหนดไว้คือไม่เกิน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้มีสิทธิเสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุใน TOR รวมถึงต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000,000 บาท และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้รับจ้างจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ด้านราคาเป็นสำคัญ โดยกำหนดน้ำหนักรวม 100% นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี นับจากวันส่งมอบงาน

The Ranong Provincial Police intend to contract the construction of a fence and entrance-exit at the Rachakroot Police Station, Ranong Province, to replace the existing dilapidated structures. The project aims to build a new, durable, and compliant fence and entrance-exit according to the specified design by the Construction Design Committee. The procurement will be conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding) with an estimated budget of 2,038,274.93 Baht. The construction period is set at a maximum of 120 days from the contract signing date. Bidders must meet the qualifications outlined in the TOR, including having prior construction experience of a similar type with a value of at least 1,000,000 Baht, and must be registered in the e-GP system. The selection of the contractor will be based primarily on price, weighted at 100%. Furthermore, the contractor is required to provide a warranty against defects for a period of no less than 2 years from the date of project handover.
