โครงการงานวางท่อขยายเขตจำหน่ายน้ำให้องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองโสน ซอยเพื่อนรัก 4 หมู่ 5 ตำบลหนองโสน อำเภอเมืองตราด จังหวัดตราด ดำเนินการโดยการประปาส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาตราด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขยายโครงข่ายการให้บริการน้ำประปาที่สะอาด ปลอดภัย และมีแรงดันที่เหมาะสมให้แก่ประชาชนและหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ตำบลหนองโสน ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่มีความต้องการใช้น้ำเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาและติดตั้งท่อส่งน้ำชนิดท่อโพลีเอทิลีนความหนาแน่นสูง (HDPE/PE) ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 110 มิลลิเมตร ชั้นคุณภาพ PN 10 พร้อมทั้งการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ประกอบท่อที่สำคัญตามมาตรฐานของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค ได้แก่ การติดตั้งวาล์วระบายอากาศแบบผสม (Combination Air Valve) เพื่อป้องกันการสะสมของอากาศในเส้นท่อ, การติดตั้งชุดมาตรวัดแรงดันน้ำ (Pressure Gauge Unit) เพื่อตรวจสอบแรงดันในระบบ, การติดตั้งประตูน้ำ (Gate Valve) สำหรับควบคุมการไหลและการปิดซ่อมบำรุง และการติดตั้งหัวรับน้ำดับเพลิง (Fire Hydrant) เพื่อความปลอดภัยในการป้องกันอัคคีภัยในชุมชน

การดำเนินงานจะต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทางวิศวกรรมของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค รวมถึงการทดสอบแรงดันน้ำในท่อและการล้างทำความสะอาดท่อก่อนเปิดให้บริการจริง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบประปาที่ติดตั้งใหม่มีความมั่นคงแข็งแรงและปลอดภัยต่อผู้บริโภค

The water pipeline expansion project for the Nong Sano Subdistrict Administrative Organization is located at Soi Phuan Rak 4, Moo 5, Nong Sano Subdistrict, Mueang Trat District, Trat Province, under the supervision of the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) Trat Branch. The primary objective of this project is to extend the water distribution network to provide clean, safe, and reliable tap water to local residents and agricultural areas. The scope of work includes the excavation, laying, and installation of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE/PE) pipes with a diameter of 110 mm (PN 10). Additionally, the project involves the installation of essential pipeline accessories and control systems, including Combination Air Valves to prevent air entrapment, Pressure Gauge Units for system monitoring, Gate Valves for flow control, and Fire Hydrants for community fire safety. All construction and installation works must strictly comply with PWA engineering standards, including pressure testing and pipeline disinfection before commissioning.
