โครงการก่อสร้างอาคาร สปช.201-26 ณ โรงเรียนบ้านชอนสมบูรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอน แก้ปัญหาการขาดแคลนอาคารเรียน และทดแทนอาคารที่ชำรุดทรุดโทรม ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง การก่อสร้างอาคารตามแบบ สปช.201-26 รวมถึงงานอื่นๆ เช่น การป้องกันสถานที่ขณะก่อสร้าง การขนย้ายเศษวัสดุ การจัดหาวัสดุที่ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. การติดตั้งป้ายโครงการ และการรักษาความสะอาดบริเวณสถานที่ก่อสร้าง ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและสุขอนามัยของโรงเรียนอย่างเคร่งครัด ระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้างทั้งสิ้น 180 วัน โดยแบ่งการจ่ายเงินออกเป็น 2 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน วงเงินงบประมาณที่ใช้ในการจัดจ้างคือ 1,147,300 บาท
