โรงพยาบาลบ้านแพ้ว (องค์การมหาชน) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อยา Brimonidine tartrate 10 mg./ml. eye drops ขนาดบรรจุ 5 ml. จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 9,360 ขวด เพื่อใช้ในภารกิจการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยและสำรองเวชภัณฑ์ให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของประชาชน โครงการนี้ดำเนินการผ่านระบบประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีงบประมาณรวม 2,684,073.60 บาท

ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาและส่งมอบยาหยอดตาที่มีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคเฉพาะเจาะจง เช่น การตรวจวิเคราะห์ตัวยาสําคัญด้วยวิธี HPLC ต้องอยู่ในช่วง 95-105% LA, การควบคุมสิ่งเจือปน (Impurities) ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด, ค่าความเป็นกรด-ด่าง (pH) ระหว่าง 7.5 - 7.8 และต้องผ่านการทดสอบความปราศจากเชื้อ (Sterility test) นอกจากนี้ ยาที่ส่งมอบต้องมีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปีนับจากวันส่งมอบ

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมาย เป็นนิติบุคคลที่ลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP และมีฐานะทางการเงินที่มั่นคงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (เช่น มีมูลค่าสุทธิเป็นบวก หรือมีวงเงินสินเชื่อสนับสนุน) โดยโรงพยาบาลจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะการเสนอราคา และกำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 365 วัน พร้อมการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

Ban Phaeo Hospital (Public Organization) is seeking to procure 9,360 bottles of Brimonidine tartrate 10 mg./ml. eye drops (5 ml size) through an electronic bidding (e-bidding) process. The project aims to ensure a sufficient supply of medication for patient treatment and to enhance the hospital’s service efficiency. The total budget for this procurement is 2,684,073.60 THB.

The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of eye drops that meet stringent technical specifications, including HPLC assay (95-105% LA), specific impurity limits, pH levels between 7.5 and 7.8, and confirmed sterility. The delivered products must have a shelf life of at least one year from the delivery date. Bidders must be legal entities registered in the e-GP system, possess GMP certification, and demonstrate financial stability. The contract requires delivery within 365 days and includes a one-year warranty for product defects.
