โครงการนี้เป็นการปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมอาคารเรียนของโรงเรียนเทศบาลตำบลทรายมูล อำเภอทรายมูล จังหวัดยโสธร โดยมีขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การเตรียมพื้นที่ การสำรวจปักผัง และการปรับระดับดินบดอัดแน่น 95% งานโครงสร้างประกอบด้วยการใช้คอนกรีตที่มีกำลังอัดไม่น้อยกว่า 240 ksc (Cube) และเหล็กเสริมมาตรฐาน มอก. ส่วนงานสถาปัตยกรรมที่สำคัญคือการรื้อถอนและติดตั้งโครงหลังคาเหล็กรูปพรรณ (C-Channel) ทาสีกันสนิม และมุงด้วยแผ่น Metal Sheet หนา 0.35 มม. พร้อมติดตั้งเชิงชายไม้สำเร็จรูป

นอกจากงานหลังคาแล้ว ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งฝ้าเพดานยิปซั่มบอร์ดหนา 9 มม. (ชนิดธรรมดาและชนิดกันชื้นในห้องน้ำ) งานเปลี่ยนประตู-หน้าต่างอลูมิเนียม งานทาสีอาคารทั้งภายในและภายนอกด้วยสีคุณภาพสูง งานระบบไฟฟ้าที่กำหนดระดับการติดตั้งสวิตช์และเต้ารับอย่างชัดเจน และงานปรับปรุงห้องน้ำที่เน้นการวางระบบระบายน้ำและการใช้สุขภัณฑ์มาตรฐานยี่ห้อ Karat หรือเทียบเท่า โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการให้ถูกต้องตามแบบแปลนและคำแนะนำของผู้ควบคุมงานอย่างเคร่งครัด

This project involves the renovation and repair of the school building’s roof at Thrai Mun Subdistrict Municipality School, Yasothon Province. The scope includes site preparation, surveying, and soil compaction at 95%. Structural works require concrete with a minimum compressive strength of 240 ksc (Cube) and TIS-standard reinforced steel. The core architectural task is the replacement of the roof structure with steel C-channels, treated with anti-rust paint, and covered with 0.35 mm thick metal sheets and fiber cement fascia boards. Additionally, the project covers the installation of 9 mm gypsum ceilings, aluminum doors and windows, interior and exterior painting, and electrical system upgrades with specific installation heights. Bathroom renovations are also included, focusing on proper drainage and the installation of Karat-brand (or equivalent) sanitary ware, all to be executed according to professional engineering standards and official blueprints.
