โรงพยาบาลศิริราช ปิยมหาราชการุณย์ มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบริการรถตู้โดยสารพร้อมพนักงานขับรถและน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการเดินทางของบุคลากรและผู้มารับบริการ โดยเฉพาะพยาบาลที่พักอาศัยตามหอพักต่างๆ บุคลากรที่จอดรถภายนอก และผู้มารับบริการที่ลานจอดรถเอราวัณ รวมถึงบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานที่อาคารสำนักงานธนาลงกรณ์ และเพื่อรองรับผู้ป่วยและญาติเนื่องจากที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอ โครงการนี้ต้องการรถตู้บริการไม่น้อยกว่า 35 คัน ให้บริการรับ-ส่งตามรอบเวลาและเส้นทางที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด ระยะเวลาการให้บริการ 12 เดือน โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการบำรุงรักษา การประกันภัย และการจัดหารถทดแทนหากรถที่ให้บริการขัดข้อง

Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital intends to contract for van transportation services, including drivers and fuel, to facilitate the travel of personnel and service users. This includes nurses residing in various dormitories, personnel parking outside the hospital, and visitors using the Erawan parking lot, as well as personnel working at the Thanalongkorn Office Building. The service also aims to accommodate patients and their relatives due to insufficient parking. The project requires no less than 35 vans to provide pick-up and drop-off services according to the hospital’s schedule and routes for a duration of 12 months. The contractor will be responsible for all associated costs, including maintenance, insurance, and providing replacement vehicles in case of breakdowns.
