การประปาส่วนภูมิภาคเขต ๕ มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างก่อสร้าง “งานปรับปรุงระบบท่อเชื่อมลงถังน้ำใสโรงกรองน้ำ สำหรับแก้ไขคุณภาพน้ำประปา การประปาส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาระโนด ตำบลระโนด อำเภอระโนด จังหวัดสงขลา” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพน้ำประปาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ขอบเขตของงานประกอบด้วยการดำเนินการปรับปรุงแนวท่อ พร้อมจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามแบบที่กำหนด การทดสอบอุปกรณ์ แรงดันน้ำในเส้นท่อ การล้างท่อ และการซ่อมแซมสิ่งชำรุดเสียหาย ระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้างไม่เกิน 150 วัน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุใน TOR รวมถึงการขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมบัญชีกลาง (หากเข้าเงื่อนไข) และมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 819,000 บาท การพิจารณาผลการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ โดยมีเงื่อนไขพิเศษสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และผู้ประกอบการไทย วงเงินงบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรและราคากลางอยู่ที่ 2,551,000 บาท (ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) การจ่ายเงินจะเป็นแบบราคาเหมารวม จ่าย 100% เมื่อแล้วเสร็จสมบูรณ์ตามสัญญา มีอัตราค่าปรับ 0.25% ต่อวัน และกำหนดระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 2 ปี

The Provincial Waterworks Authority, Region 5, intends to procure the “Improvement of Inlet Pipe System to Clear Water Tank at Ranot Water Treatment Plant for Tap Water Quality Improvement, Provincial Waterworks Authority, Ranot Branch, Ranot District, Songkhla Province” project. The primary objective is to improve tap water quality to meet established standards. The scope of work includes improving the pipeline, procuring related equipment according to the specified design, testing equipment and water pressure, flushing pipes, and repairing any damages. The construction period is not to exceed 150 days. Bidders must meet the qualifications outlined in the TOR, including registration with the Comptroller General’s Department (if applicable) and having completed similar construction works with a value of at least 819,000 Baht. The evaluation will be based on price, with special considerations for SMEs and Thai businesses. The allocated budget and the median price are 2,551,000 Baht (excluding VAT). Payment will be made as a lump sum upon complete project delivery. A penalty of 0.25% per day will be applied for delays, and a 2-year warranty period for defects is stipulated.
