คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อวัสดุการแพทย์ ได้แก่ เลนส์แก้วตาเทียมแบบนิ่มพับได้ ชนิด 3 pieces จำนวน 700 ชิ้น วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการนี้คือเพื่อนำไปใช้ทดแทนเลนส์ธรรมชาติในผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดต้อกระจก คุณลักษณะเฉพาะของเลนส์ที่ต้องการ ได้แก่ เป็นเลนส์ชนิด 3 pieces ที่สามารถพับได้ ผลิตด้วยกรรมวิธี Cast-Moulded โดยส่วน Optics ทำจากวัสดุ Hydrophobic acrylic มีขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางไม่ต่ำกว่า 5.0 มม. เป็นแบบ Aspheric Optic Design ที่มีความละเอียดสูง เพิ่ม Contrast Sensitivity มี 360*Square Edge และมีสารกรองรังสี UV Block ส่วน Haptic ทำจากวัสดุ Polyvinylidene fluorice (PVDF) เป็นแบบ Modified C-Loop สีฟ้า เพื่อให้มองเห็นได้ดีขณะใส่เลนส์ นอกจากนี้ เลนส์ต้องมีค่า Asphericity ไม่น้อยกว่า 3.00 um, Overall length ไม่ต่ำกว่า 13.0 มม., ค่า A-Constants ไม่น้อยกว่า 118.7, มี cover ให้เลือกใช้ในช่วง 16.0 ถึง 42.0 DPT และบรรจุอยู่ใน Sterile Disposable Injector (Preloaded System) ที่สามารถใส่ผ่านแผลขนาดเล็กไม่เกิน 2.4 มม. ได้ เงื่อนไขสำคัญอื่นๆ คือ ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องได้รับอนุญาตนำเข้าจาก อย. และต้องผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพจากหน่วยผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ การเสนอราคาจะพิจารณาจากคุณภาพและประโยชน์ต่อทางราชการเป็นหลัก กำหนดยืนราคาไม่น้อยกว่า 120 วัน และกำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 365 วัน นับจากวันทำสัญญา โดยทำสัญญาจะซื้อจะขายแบบราคาคงที่ไม่จำกัดปริมาณ การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างจะดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Bidding)

The Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, intends to procure medical supplies, specifically 700 units of foldable soft intraocular lenses (IOLs), 3-piece type. The primary objective of this project is to replace the natural lens in patients undergoing cataract surgery. Key technical specifications include: the IOL must be a foldable 3-piece type manufactured using the Cast-Moulded process. The Optics should be made of Hydrophobic acrylic, with a diameter of not less than 5.0 mm, featuring an Aspheric Optic Design for high resolution and enhanced Contrast Sensitivity, a 360*Square Edge, and UV Block. The Haptics should be made of Polyvinylidene fluorice (PVDF) in a Modified C-Loop design, colored blue for better visibility during insertion. Additional specifications include an Asphericity of not less than 3.00 um, an Overall length of not less than 13.0 mm, A-Constants of not less than 118.7, a diopter range of 16.0 to 42.0 DPT, and preloaded in a Sterile Disposable Injector System for insertion through incisions of no more than 2.4 mm. Important conditions require the product to have import approval from the Thai FDA and to have passed quality assessment by the surgical unit of Srinagarind Hospital. Bids will be evaluated based on quality and benefit to the government. The price validity is set at a minimum of 120 days, with a delivery period of 365 days from the contract date, under a fixed-price, unlimited quantity purchase agreement. The procurement method will be electronic bidding (e-Bidding).
