องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลยางโทน อำเภอหนองม่วง จังหวัดลพบุรี มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกขยะ ขนาด 6 ตัน 6 ล้อ แบบอัดท้าย จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อทดแทนรถบรรทุกขยะคันเดิมที่ชำรุดทรุดโทรม ทำให้เกิดปัญหาในการให้บริการเก็บขนขยะและสิ้นเปลืองงบประมาณในการบำรุงรักษา โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการประชาชนในการเก็บขนมูลฝอยในเขตตำบลยางโทน รถบรรทุกขยะที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด เช่น ขนาดความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ลูกบาศก์เมตร รับน้ำหนักมูลฝอยไม่น้อยกว่า 5,000 กิโลกรัม เครื่องยนต์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 5,000 ซีซี หรือ 170 กิโลวัตต์ ระบบอัดท้ายไฮดรอลิกแรงดันไม่น้อยกว่า 2,500 ปอนด์ต่อตารางนิ้ว และต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพสูงที่ผลิต/ประกอบจากโรงงานที่ได้รับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 และ ISO 14001 ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียนตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และต้องมีศูนย์บริการซ่อมบำรุงในจังหวัดลพบุรีหรือจังหวัดใกล้เคียง กำหนดส่งมอบรถภายใน 90 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 2,643,000 บาท
