สํานักงานจัดการทรัพย์สิน จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มีความประสงค์จะว่าจ้างให้ดําเนินการปรับปรุงอาคารโครงการ CU SPORT ZONE บริเวณหมอน 54-55 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงสีและระแนงภายนอกอาคารให้อยู่ในสภาพดี สวยงาม และปรับปรุงทางเท้าให้อยู่ในสภาพดี สวยงามเช่นกัน ขอบเขตงานที่ผู้รับจ้างต้องดําเนินการประกอบด้วย การลอกสีเดิมที่ชํารุดออก ขัดแต่งและซ่อมแซมผนัง ทาสีอาคารภายนอกใหม่ทั้งหมด (ยกเว้นด้านหลังอาคาร) รื้อถอนไม้ระแนงเดิมบริเวณหน้าอาคาร ซ่อมแซมโครงเหล็กที่ชํารุด และติดตั้งไม้ระแนงใหม่ รวมถึงซ่อมแซมระเบียงบริเวณหน้าอาคารและทําการติดตั้งระบบกันซึมใหม่ทั้งหมด นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการตรวจสอบท่อระบายน้ําฝน การทะลวงท่อและซ่อมแซมระบบกันซึม การทุบสกัดรื้อถอนพื้นทางเท้าเดิม ขอบคันหิน ค.ส.ล. ช่องระบายน้ํา และบ่อพักเดิม พร้อมขนทิ้ง และเทปรับพื้น ค.ส.ล. ใหม่ ติดตั้งขอบคันหิน ค.ส.ล. ช่องระบายน้ํา และบ่อพักใหม่ พร้อมฝาบ่อ และดําเนินการตีเส้นจราจร ทาสีขอบทางเท้าขาว-แดง ตามมาตรฐานกรมทางฯ ระยะเวลาดําเนินการทั้งหมด 90 วัน

The Office of Property Management, Chulalongkorn University, intends to contract for the renovation of the CU SPORT ZONE building (Area 54-55). The primary objectives are to improve the exterior paint and louvers of the building to be in good and aesthetically pleasing condition, and to renovate the sidewalks to be in good and beautiful condition. The scope of work includes removing damaged existing paint, preparing and repairing walls, repainting the entire exterior of the building (except the rear), dismantling existing louvers at the front, repairing damaged steel structures, and installing new louvers. It also includes repairing balconies at the front and installing a new waterproofing system. Furthermore, it involves inspecting rainwater downpipes, clearing blockages, and repairing waterproofing systems. Demolition of existing sidewalks, concrete curbs, drainage channels, and manholes, including debris removal (approximately 10 sq.m.), followed by pouring new concrete slabs (5 cm thickness, 240 ksc). Installation of new concrete curbs, drainage channels, and manholes with covers. Finally, road marking and painting of sidewalk edges (white-red) according to the Department of Highways standards. The total project duration is 90 days.
