องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ลาว อำเภอเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยา มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกน้ำ (ดีเซล) จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย รวมถึงการให้บริการสาธารณะแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อใช้ในการจัดการน้ำในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน เช่น การป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย ภัยแล้ง การช่วยเหลือและบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชน และการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานด้านสาธารณภัย รถบรรทุกน้ำที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ขนาด 6 ตัน 6 ล้อ ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 5,000 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 170 กิโลวัตต์ จุน้ำได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 5,000 ลิตร น้ำหนักรวมไม่ต่ำกว่า 12,000 กิโลกรัม พร้อมปั๊มและอุปกรณ์ที่ได้มาตรฐาน รวมถึงสัญญาณไฟและส่วนควบต่างๆ กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยผู้ขายต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจดทะเบียนและโอนกรรมสิทธิ์รถให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย

Mae Lao Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chiang Kham District, Phayao Province, intends to procure one (1) diesel water truck to enhance its disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities and public service provision. The primary objectives include managing water in emergency situations such as fire prevention and control, drought relief, assisting and alleviating public distress, and improving disaster response efficiency. The water truck must meet specific technical requirements, including a 6-ton, 6-wheel chassis, an engine displacement of at least 5,000 cc or power output of at least 170 kW, a water tank capacity of no less than 5,000 liters, and a gross vehicle weight of at least 12,000 kg, complete with a standard pump and accessories, as well as lighting and other required fittings. Delivery is stipulated within 90 days from the contract signing date, with the seller responsible for all costs associated with vehicle registration and title transfer to the Mae Lao Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
