องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสระแก้ว อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการโครงการบุกเบิกถนนสายทอนไม้สูง – มเหยงค์ หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลสระแก้ว เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ สนับสนุนการขนส่งผลผลิตทางการเกษตร และส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวและเศรษฐกิจในชุมชน โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการสำรวจ ออกแบบ และก่อสร้างถนนสายดังกล่าวให้ได้มาตรฐาน โดยมีระยะทางและรายละเอียดตามที่ระบุในเอกสารแบบแปลนและข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการวางท่อระบายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) ขนาดต่างๆ เพื่อให้ระบบระบายน้ำมีประสิทธิภาพและป้องกันปัญหาน้ำท่วมขัง การดำเนินงานจะอยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่างานก่อสร้างเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ มาตรฐาน และความปลอดภัย

The scope includes surveying, designing, and constructing the road to standard specifications as detailed in the blueprints and technical requirements. Additionally, it involves installing reinforced concrete drainage pipes of various sizes to ensure efficient water drainage and prevent flooding. The construction will be supervised by experts to ensure adherence to objectives, standards, and safety.
