องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแห่ใต้ อำเภอโกสุมพิสัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงถนนสาธารณะเพื่อความปลอดภัย โดยการติดตั้งโคมไฟถนน LED พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบเสาพับได้ (Solar Cell LED Street light With folding pole) จำนวน 156 ชุด ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 1-19 โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความไม่ครอบคลุมของระบบไฟฟ้าสาธารณะ และความชำรุดเสียหายของโคมไฟเดิม ซึ่งส่งผลให้แสงสว่างไม่เพียงพอ ก่อให้เกิดความเดือดร้อนและเสี่ยงต่อความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน การติดตั้งโคมไฟ LED พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์นี้จะช่วยให้ประชาชนสัญจรไปมาได้สะดวกและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้นในเวลากลางคืน ลดโอกาสการเกิดอุบัติเหตุบนท้องถนน โครงการนี้ได้รับการจัดสรรงบประมาณจากกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น วงเงินงบประมาณ 9,984,000 บาท กำหนดให้ผู้รับจ้างส่งมอบและติดตั้งงานทั้งหมดให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การจ่ายเงินจะเป็นแบบงวดเดียวเมื่อปฏิบัติงานทั้งหมดเสร็จสมบูรณ์ตามสัญญา ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี

The Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Hae Tai, Kosum Phisai District, Maha Sarakham Province, is undertaking a project to improve public road safety by installing 156 sets of Solar Cell LED Street lights with folding poles in areas of Moo 1-19. The project aims to address the inadequacy and damage of existing public lighting, which leads to insufficient illumination and poses risks to public safety and property. The installation of these solar-powered LED streetlights will enhance convenience and safety for nighttime travel, thereby reducing traffic accidents. The project is funded by the Department of Local Administration with a budget of 9,984,000 Baht. The contractor is required to complete the delivery and installation within 90 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be made in a lump sum upon completion of all contractual obligations. A warranty of at least 2 years for defects is required.
