โครงการก่อสร้างอาคารเรียน ค.ส.ล. 3 ชั้น ณ โรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์พุแค ตำบลพุแค อำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดสระบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อขยายและปรับปรุงอาคารสถานที่เพื่อรองรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ผู้รับเหมาที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินการก่อสร้างอาคารเรียนตามแบบรายละเอียดที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคา ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงงานโครงสร้างอาคาร งานสถาปัตยกรรม งานระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง ระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง ระบบสื่อสาร และระบบสุขาภิบาล (ทั้งน้ำดี น้ำเสีย และน้ำฝน) รวมถึงการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด การก่อสร้างต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทางวิศวกรรมและสถาปัตยกรรมที่กำหนด เพื่อให้ได้อาคารเรียนที่มีคุณภาพ ปลอดภัย และสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างยั่งยืน โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษาที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนและบุคลากร

This project involves the construction of a 3-story reinforced concrete school building at Thepsirin Phukae School, Saraburi Province. The primary objective is to expand and improve educational facilities to support modern and effective teaching and learning. The selected contractor will be responsible for executing the construction of the school building according to the detailed drawings provided in the bidding documents. This includes structural work, architectural finishes, electrical systems (lighting, power, communication), and sanitary systems (water supply, wastewater, rainwater), as well as the installation of all related equipment. The construction must adhere to specified engineering and architectural standards to ensure a high-quality, safe, and sustainable school building. The project aims to create an educational environment conducive to learning for students and staff.
