มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ ดำเนินโครงการประกวดราคาจ้างออกแบบและพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้ Interactive 3D และแพลตฟอร์ม Interactive 3D สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ (LD) จำนวน 2 โมดูล โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และคำนวณ ซึ่งเป็นความท้าทายสำหรับนักเรียนกลุ่มนี้ โครงการนี้จะเน้นการสร้างสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้การมองเห็น การสัมผัส และการโต้ตอบเชิงประสบการณ์ เพื่อให้เข้าถึงเนื้อหาคณิตศาสตร์ที่ซับซ้อนได้ง่ายขึ้น ลดความวิตกกังวล และเพิ่มแรงจูงใจในการเรียนรู้ โดยจะมีการออกแบบและพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม Interactive 3D ที่มี UX/UI ที่เหมาะสม โครงสร้างระบบและฐานข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการจัดทำเนื้อหา แบบฝึกหัด และระบบบริหารจัดการสำหรับครู นักเรียน และผู้ดูแลระบบ นอกจากนี้ยังจะพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันที่สามารถใช้จัดการเรียนรู้ ติดตามผล และเก็บผลการเรียนรู้ได้ โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 3,346,600 บาท กำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบงาน 45 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา โดยแบ่งการจ่ายเงินเป็น 2 งวด การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ มีอัตราค่าปรับ 0.20% ต่อวัน และกำหนดระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี

Surin Rajabhat University is conducting a bidding process to hire a contractor for the design and development of Interactive 3D learning media and an Interactive 3D platform focused on analytical and computational thinking skills for secondary school students with learning disabilities (LD), comprising 2 modules. The project aims to enhance these skills, which are challenging for this student group, by creating learning materials that utilize visual, tactile, and interactive experiences to simplify complex mathematical concepts, reduce anxiety, and increase learning motivation. The scope includes designing and developing an Interactive 3D platform with appropriate UX/UI, an efficient system and database structure, content creation, exercises, and a management system for teachers, students, and administrators. An application for learning management, progress tracking, and result storage will also be developed. The project budget is 3,346,600 Baht, with a delivery period of 45 days after contract signing. Payment will be made in two installments. Bid selection will be based on price, with a penalty rate of 0.20% per day and a warranty period of at least 2 years for defects.
