องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนครชัยศรี จังหวัดนครปฐม มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการโครงการวางท่อส่งน้ำประปาขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 3 นิ้ว ชนิดท่อเหล็ก (มอก. 276-2562) บริเวณนครชัยศรีซอย 17 เชื่อมต่อนครชัยศรีซอย 18 หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลนครชัยศรี มีความยาวรวม 775.00 เมตร โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อขยายโครงข่ายระบบประปาให้สามารถจ่ายน้ำได้อย่างทั่วถึงและมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อท่อเมนประปาใหม่เข้ากับมาตรวัดน้ำของผู้ใช้น้ำให้สามารถใช้น้ำได้อย่างปกติ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการวางท่อตามรูปแบบที่กำหนด โดยอาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนตำแหน่งจุดต่อท่อตามสภาพหน้างานตามดุลยพินิจของผู้ควบคุมงาน รวมถึงการซ่อมแซมผิวจราจรและพื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการก่อสร้างให้กลับคืนสู่สภาพเดิม นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นทั้งหมดเพื่อให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วงตามมาตรฐานวิชาช่างที่ดี โดยต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด

The Nakhon Chaisi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nakhon Pathom Province, intends to implement a project to install a 3-inch diameter steel water supply pipeline (TIS 276-2562) covering a total length of 775.00 meters in the area of Nakhon Chaisi Soi 17, connecting to Nakhon Chaisi Soi 18, Moo 3, Nakhon Chaisi Subdistrict. The primary objective of this project is to expand the water supply network to ensure efficient and widespread water distribution to residents in the designated area, including connecting the new main pipeline to users’ water meters for normal water consumption. The contractor must install the pipeline according to the specified design, with potential adjustments to connection points based on site conditions as determined by the supervisor. This includes repairing road surfaces and affected areas to their original condition. Furthermore, the contractor must procure all necessary materials and equipment for project completion according to good engineering practices, adhering to the condition of using at least 60% domestically produced materials by value.
