การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย (กทพ.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อแบตเตอรี่พร้อมติดตั้งทดแทนแบตเตอรี่ชุดเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพสำหรับเครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า (UPS) ยี่ห้อ Schneider รุ่น Galaxy VS ที่ใช้ในระบบเก็บค่าผ่านทางประจำอาคารด่านเก็บค่าผ่านทางพิเศษและศูนย์ควบคุมทางพิเศษ บนทางพิเศษกาญจนาภิเษก (บางพลี-สุขสวัสดิ์) เนื่องจากแบตเตอรี่เดิมเริ่มเสื่อมสภาพตามอายุการใช้งาน ซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการทำงานของระบบเก็บค่าผ่านทางพิเศษ โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการจัดหาและติดตั้งแบตเตอรี่ใหม่สำหรับอาคารด่านเก็บค่าผ่านทางพิเศษ 21 แห่ง และศูนย์ควบคุมทางพิเศษ (CCB6) 1 แห่ง โดยแบตเตอรี่ต้องมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค เช่น แรงดันไฟฟ้า 12 โวลต์, ชนิด Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) หรือ Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) แบบ AGM, ความจุไฟฟ้าไม่ต่ำกว่า 75Ah สำหรับอาคารด่านฯ และ 140Ah สำหรับศูนย์ควบคุมฯ, อายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 12 ปี, และต้องได้รับมาตรฐาน ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 จากโรงงานผู้ผลิต ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีผลงานติดตั้งหรือบำรุงรักษาระบบ UPS วงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 8 ล้านบาท และต้องได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายแบตเตอรี่จากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 300 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอด้วยเกณฑ์ราคา

The Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) intends to procure and install new batteries to replace the degraded ones for the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems of the toll collection system at toll plazas and the Expressway Control Center on the Kanchanaphisek Expressway (Bang Phli-Suksawat). This project aims to maintain the continuous operational efficiency of the backup power system, prevent disruptions from power outages, and ensure 24/7 operation. The scope includes supplying and installing batteries for 21 toll plazas and 1 control center (CCB6). The batteries must meet specific technical requirements, including a voltage of 12V, Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) or Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) AGM type, a capacity of at least 75Ah for toll plazas and 140Ah for the control center, a service life of at least 12 years, and must be manufactured by facilities certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Bidders must have a proven track record in UPS installation or maintenance with a contract value of at least 8 million Baht and be appointed as an authorized distributor by the battery manufacturer or its representative in Thailand. The project duration is 300 days from the contract signing date, and the selection will be based on price.
