สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งมีความประสงค์จะจัดหาโปรแกรมป้องกันไวรัสคอมพิวเตอร์จำนวน 1,335 ลิขสิทธิ์ เพื่อทดแทนโปรแกรมเดิมที่จะหมดอายุในวันที่ 22 กันยายน 2569 โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อป้องกันภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ต่อเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ แม่ข่าย และแม่ข่ายเสมือน รวมถึงปกป้องระบบงานสารสนเทศและข้อมูลจากมัลแวร์ โปรแกรมที่เสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด ทั้งในส่วนของเครื่องลูกข่าย เครื่องแม่ข่าย และโปรแกรมบริหารจัดการจากศูนย์กลาง ผู้เสนอราคาต้องได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายและยื่นรายละเอียดสินค้าพร้อมเสนอราคา การจัดซื้อนี้รวมถึงการติดตั้ง การตั้งค่า การฝึกอบรม และการรับประกันการใช้งานเป็นระยะเวลาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,345,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว)

The Election Commission of Thailand intends to procure 1,335 licenses of computer antivirus software, with maintenance, to replace the existing software expiring on September 22, 2026. The project aims to protect computers, servers, and virtual servers, as well as information systems and data, from cyber threats and malware. The proposed software must be compatible with current systems and scalable for future needs. Bidders must be authorized distributors and submit product details with their proposals. The scope includes installation, configuration, training, and a minimum one-year warranty. The budget for this procurement is 1,345,000 Baht (including VAT).
