หน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย มีความจำเป็นต้องจัดหาถังบรรจุน้ำพีอี ชนิดเอลิเซอร์ ความจุ 3,000 ลิตร จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 374 ชุด เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติภารกิจสนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำอุปโภคบริโภค และบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนให้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่ประสบภัยแล้งซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะการเก็บกักน้ำในช่วงฤดูฝนเพื่อสำรองไว้ใช้ในช่วงฝนทิ้งช่วง โครงการนี้จึงมีความเร่งด่วนในการจัดหาให้แล้วเสร็จก่อนหมดฤดูฝน การจัดซื้อจะดำเนินการผ่านระบบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 7,984,640 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดใน TOR และจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้เสนอราคาที่เสนอราคาต่ำสุด การส่งมอบพัสดุจะต้องดำเนินการภายใน 45 วัน นับจากวันทำสัญญา และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี

This procurement aims to support efforts in addressing water shortages for consumption and alleviating the suffering of people in chronically drought-affected areas, particularly by storing rainwater during the wet season for use during dry spells. The project is urgently needed before the end of the rainy season. The procurement will be conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding) with a budget of 7,984,640 Baht.
