โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาครุภัณฑ์การแพทย์ประเภทเครื่องติดตามการทำงานของหัวใจ (Monitor EKG) ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลพุทธโสธร เพื่อใช้ในการเฝ้าติดตามการทำงานของหัวใจและสัญญาณชีพของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะวิกฤตอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่แรกเกิดจนถึงผู้ใหญ่ โดยเฉพาะในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตและห้องผ่าตัด เครื่อง Monitor EKG ที่ต้องการต้องมีคุณสมบัติครอบคลุมการวัดค่าต่างๆ อย่างน้อยดังนี้: คลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ (ECG), อัตราการเต้นของหัวใจ, อัตราการหายใจ, ความอิ่มตัวของออกซิเจนในเลือด (SpO2), อุณหภูมิ และความดันโลหิตแบบไม่เจาะ (NIBP) หน้าจอแสดงผลต้องเป็นระบบสัมผัส (Touch Screen) ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 12.1 นิ้ว สามารถแสดงรูปคลื่นสัญญาณได้หลายช่องพร้อมกัน รองรับการใช้งานแบบ Gestures operations และมีโหมด Large Font เพื่อความสะดวกในการมอง มีความสามารถในการเก็บข้อมูลย้อนหลังไม่น้อยกว่า 1,200 ชั่วโมง และบันทึกรูปคลื่นแบบ Full disclosure ได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 120 ชั่วโมง นอกจากนี้ เครื่องต้องมีแบตเตอรี่ Lithium-ion ในตัวที่สามารถสำรองไฟฟ้าได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 4.5 ชั่วโมง และมีโปรแกรมช่วยวิเคราะห์เพื่อสนับสนุนการรักษา เช่น Early Warning Score, Glasgow Coma Scale, ECG 24h summary รวมถึงมีระบบป้องกันไฟฟ้าจากเครื่องกระตุกหัวใจ (ESU Filter) และโปรแกรม Training mode ผู้เสนอราคาต้องรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้าไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี พร้อมบริการหลังการขายที่ได้มาตรฐาน

This project aims to procure medical equipment, specifically an Electrocardiogram (EKG) Monitor, for Buddhachot Hospital. The objective is to continuously monitor the cardiac function and vital signs of critically ill patients, from neonates to adults, in critical care units and operating rooms. The required monitor must be capable of measuring ECG, heart rate, respiration rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), temperature, and non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP). Key features include a touchscreen display of at least 12.1 inches, the ability to display multiple waveforms simultaneously, gesture operations, a Large Font display option, and data storage for at least 1,200 hours of historical data and 120 hours of full disclosure waveforms. The device must also have a built-in rechargeable Lithium-ion battery with at least 4.5 hours of backup power, analytical software for patient assessment (e.g., Early Warning Score, Glasgow Coma Scale, ECG 24h summary), and an Electrosurgical Unit (ESU) filter. A training mode and a minimum 3-year warranty with comprehensive after-sales service are also required.
