โครงการเพิ่มศักยภาพการขยายฝูงโคไทยไทยแบล็ค DLD (แบบเลขที่ 8/2569) ดำเนินการโดยสำนักเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพการผลิตปศุสัตว์ กรมปศุสัตว์ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อผลิตและย้ายฝากตัวอ่อนจากแม่โคต้นแบบรุ่น G0 เพื่อขยายฝูงโคพันธุ์ “ไทยแบล็ค DLD” ซึ่งเป็นโคเนื้อคุณภาพสูงที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีชีวภาพที่ทันสมัย และเพื่อส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับกรมปศุสัตว์ โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการก่อสร้างโรงเรือนโคแม่พันธุ์และคอกกักโค ณ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพการปศุสัตว์ ตำบลท่าหลวง อำเภอท่าหลวง จังหวัดลพบุรี ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้างที่กำหนด ซึ่งรวมถึงการปรับพื้นที่ การก่อสร้างฐานราก เสา คาน โครงหลังคา การก่ออิฐผนัง การมุงหลังคา และการจัดทำชั้นรองพื้นทางถนน โดยมีกำหนดเวลาส่งมอบงานภายใน 180 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา วงเงินงบประมาณโครงการอยู่ที่ 12,000,000 บาท การจ่ายเงินค่าจ้างจะแบ่งออกเป็น 4 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างอาคารหรืองานประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 4,200,000 บาท

The project “Enhancing the Potential of Thai Black DLD Cattle Herd Expansion” (Drawing No. 8/2569) aims to increase the population of “Thai Black DLD” cattle, the nation’s first high-quality beef cattle breed, by utilizing In-vitro embryo production (OPU IVP) techniques. The objectives are to produce and transfer embryos from G0 prototype cows, expand the Thai Black DLD herd, and enhance the image of the Department of Livestock Development. The project involves the construction of a breeding cow barn and holding pens at the Livestock Biotechnology Training and Technology Transfer Center in Tha Luang, Lopburi Province. Contractors must adhere to the specified construction drawings, including site preparation, foundation work, columns, beams, roof structures, wall construction, roofing, and road base preparation. The project duration is 180 days from the contract signing date, with an estimated budget of 12,000,000 Baht. Payment will be disbursed in four installments based on project progress. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, including having prior construction experience in buildings or similar projects with a value of at least 4,200,000 Baht.
