โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาออกซิเจนเหลวทางการแพทย์สำหรับโรงพยาบาลประสาทเชียงใหม่ จำนวนประมาณ ๗๐,๐๐๐ ลูกบาศก์เมตร เพื่อให้การรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพียงพอ ปลอดภัย และได้มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม มอก. ๕๔๐-๒๕๖๔ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเป็นผู้ผลิตโดยตรง มีโรงงานผลิตอย่างน้อย ๒ แห่ง เพื่อความต่อเนื่องในการจัดส่งกรณีเกิดเหตุขัดข้อง นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องมีระบบการจัดส่งที่เชื่อถือได้ บริการฉุกเฉินตลอด ๒๔ ชั่วโมง และมีความสามารถในการติดตั้งถังบรรจุออกซิเจนเหลวใหม่ตามมาตรฐาน ASME หรือเทียบเท่า พร้อมระบบท่อและสัญญาณเตือนที่ได้มาตรฐาน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ ๑,๖๕๙,๐๐๐ บาท ระยะเวลาสัญญา ๓๖๕ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

This project aims to procure medical liquid oxygen for Chiang Mai Neurological Hospital, approximately 70,000 cubic meters, to ensure continuous, sufficient, safe, and standard-compliant (TIS 540-2564) medical treatment for patients. Bidders must be direct manufacturers with at least two production facilities to ensure supply continuity in case of disruptions. They must also possess a reliable delivery system, 24-hour emergency services, and the capability to install new liquid oxygen storage tanks meeting ASME or equivalent standards, along with standard piping and alarm systems. The selection will be based on price, with a budget of 1,659,000 Baht. The contract duration is 365 days from the signing date.
